Grief is a complex and multifaceted emotion that has emotional, physical, behavioral and social aspects. Grief may be experienced by the loss of anything significant in your life, and does not necessarily just apply to the death of a loved one. Almost any type of loss, if it’s personally significant, can trigger grief. Many of us grieved missed experiences and loss of normalcy during the coronavirus pandemic. You can grieve over a pet, a missed opportunity, letting go of a dream, or the end of a relationship.
Should you find the need for a safe space to grieve, or you are in need of someone who can simply listen to you with no judgement. Feel free to make an appointment with us. We do not charge for our services and anyone is welcomed no matter what background they are from. Walk ins are available however appointments are always preferred.

Our staff and volunteers are trained to carry out peer support for anyone. Whether it be to ventilate or simply a shoulder to cry on. Discretion and privacy is always kept and no information will ever be shared with anyone. We can provide a sanctuary for the bereaved to express their grief healthily and safely without fear of being judged.
Sometimes people choose to express their grief through more than just words. During our sessions, we may offer activities such as journaling, letter writing, art therapy, memorials, meditations any many more, depending on the needs on the bereaved. Certain activities need to be scheduled in advance and subject to availability of respective experts.
